Tech Support on Demand services the greater Memphis Tennessee area for a wide variety of technology consulting and support. Specializing in small to medium business and home users, Tech Support on Demand welcomes all of your technology challenges. On-site and remote service, technology planning and upgrading, and technology education are among our always growing list of skills. An obsession to learn new technologies is required to be a part of Tech Support on Demand, so we are always up-to-date with our clients’ technology needs.

In Home/Office Computer Repair: (can include multiple computers at the same location)
$40 Location Fee + $45 an hour
Personal Shopping Tech: Need someone you can trust to explain computers, phones, or other technology devices while you shop? Have one of our unbiased Techs go shopping with you and find the technology that meets your needs and stays within your budget. The tech will even go back to your home or office help set it up, and show you how to use it if you would like. (Consultation can be done through email or phone to save you time and money, and possibly even a trip to the store.)

Personal Shopping Tech-Online: Computers tend to be cheaper online. Online retailers almost always have better deals, and as Tech-Enthusiasts we are always on the lookout for the best deal (and we always demand quality). You can use our expertise and knowledge to make the best purchase for your money. While we post deals from various sites, we can also find the deal that meets your individual needs. If you are in the Memphis Area we can even set it up, install software, and show you how to use it.
Prices based on involvement
Get the Junk off: Computer running slow? Have viruses? Through an almost daily battle with slow computers we have kept up-to-date on virus removal and Optimizing Microsoft Windows based computers. Unlike some chain competitors, we get rid of bloatware (Software installed on a computer that is usually not needed) to maximize your computer’s potential. As this tends to be a very individual process for each computer, we believe a “one size fits all” approach is never a good idea. Your tech will talk to you throughout the process, so you get what you want, and get rid of what you don’t. (This service is for computers with virus and/or other software problems that slow down the computer. Hardware upgrades and operating system failures fall under computer repair. Your Tech can advise you if your computer needs repair, but will not charge for it without your consent.)
